Attention Consignors! - A NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST AND AT LEAST ONE VACCINATION FOR EQUINE FLU/RHINOVIRUS IS REQUIRED as per racetrack regulations.

- SIGNED TRANSFER PAPER (for each Yearling)
- A NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST WITHIN 6 MONTH OF SALE DATE (for EACH entry)
- No less than one (1) vaccination for EQUINE FLU/RHINOVIRUS (for EACH entry) ADMINISTERED NO LESS THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SALE

Please be advised of the change to the withdrawal policy - You have agreed to this Policy with your signed ASHA Yearling Sale Application.
Once the ASHA has received the yearling sale entry form (deadline JUNE 1,2021) to July 1st of the current year, any yearling may be withdrawn without penalty. From July 1st up to the sale date (SEPTEMBER 25, 2021), withdrawals without a veterinary certificate will be penalized $500.00. After the consignor has received the consignor’s sale package, a sale entry may only be withdrawn from the sale with a certificate issued by an ASHA assigned veterinarian.
The consignors sale package, consisting of stall allocation, hip numbers, and pedigree sheets for entries, will only be provided to the consignor after registration papers (or electronic proof), and a signed transfer are provided to the ASHA Sales Office. For entries that are electronically registered, the sales office must still be provided with a signed transfer. This MUST be completed by 10am sale day.
If an entry is withdrawn from the sale after a consignor has received the appropriate sale package, (10 am) a withdrawal fee of $1500.00 will apply, unless the withdrawal is approved by an ASHA assigned veterinarian and that veterinarian’s certificate is proved to ASHA. The withdrawal fee is payable to ASHA before the yearling is removed from the sale facility.
