EXPENSES for Board Members and Breeders Committee

Allowable expenses for committee members:

• Mileage rate (currently at 0.46/km)
• Meal expenses
• Hotel expenses (The ASHA office may book on your behalf if a better rate can be obtained) 

 
EXCLUSIONS

• No flights
• No overnight stays, if reasonable to return home following meeting/event
• No meal if one served at meeting/event

Note: 

• All expenses must be submitted with receipts or mileage chart within 6 months of occurrence.
• Some members may choose not to charge mileage or other expenses.
